Fill Up on Breakfast Sizzlies at Largo’s New Drive-Thru Wawa

Florida’s first drive-thru Wawa has opened in Largo, located at 2530 East Bay Drive. This 2,016-square-foot store, which replaced a vacant KFC drive-thru, is the popular gas station chain’s third drive-thru concept in the nation.

Unlike traditional Wawa locations, this new drive-thru does not offer gas or the typical pre-packaged items. Instead, it features a limited menu focused on the chain’s deli sandwiches, wraps, and their famous breakfast Sizzli.

Property Still for Sale

Despite its recent opening, the drive-thru Wawa in Largo is still on the market. Initially listed last August for $3.2 million before construction was completed, the property now has a reduced asking price of $2.9 million.

The sale includes a 10-year corporate-backed lease agreement with Wawa, a scheduled 7% rent increase, land ownership, and zero landlord responsibilities.

Wawa’s Expansion Plans

The drive-thru Wawa locations are part of the company’s strategic plan to double its footprint and open 100 new locations across the country by 2030.

Discover more about Wawa’s latest drive-thru concept and how it’s revolutionizing the convenience store experience in Florida.
